BOA’s signature program is a 6-month commitment where I (coach) lead you (client) on a transformative journey. Six months is the time it takes to not only redirect your energy and learn to sustain new habits, but to see the change in yourself from the work you put in.

We will first meet in an initial consultation where we will identify your motivations for change and review your primary health and wellness goals. Here we will explore all areas of life such as nutrition, movement, home life, cooking, relationships, career, etc. I will provide the knowledge, tools, and support necessary for you to feel empowered to make informed, healthy decisions as long as you show the readiness and determination to move forward. Scheduled live check-ins, progress tracking and continuous email support will hold you accountable.

BOA’s Healthy Habits Signature Program
